I know how to cycle Clomid. I never see anyone give instructions on how to take something like Novaldex. I know it should be taken at the first signs but how much and how long? I got my hands on stuff from Russia, I don't know how different other brands are, but how would you properly take what i have? I dont need it, but would like to know. ------------------ IP: Logged |

10-20mg daily with food, I got 30 tabs & just started 3 days ago I'll probobly stay on til i run out.Then i'll hit the clomid for the rest of the cycle IP: Logged |

generally, people begin taking it when they are sure gyno has started. Painful nips, preceeded by itchy nips, followed by a small mass under the nipple area. 10-20mgs a day, until the androgens are out of your system (2-3 weeks past cycle) ------------------ "tank tops are for medium sized guys..."
