![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() How much should I be eating on a cycle? I'm looking to get stronger (read: not so much for size/bulk as strength...) How many calories (and of what) should I eat? I normally eat low-carb, is that OK? Any help is appreciated. Thanks. -iceman IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() How about: Your height Your weight Your strength levels now The drugs in your cycle. Be less vague, and there is a better chance someone will reply. Generally, I'd say don't pig out if you aren't looking for bulk gains, eat high protein, for the muscle recovery, drink lots of water, stay away from too many simple sugars, eat enough carbs to have productive workouts... ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Dude, he just said he isn't as concerned with size as he is strength. Not trying to flame, but read the question if you're going to respond. ------------------ IP: Logged |
