i train three days a week. one day on one day off.

MONDAY : chest, biceps

WEDNESDAY : shoulders, triceps

FRIDAY : back, legs

I think it is great!
I stuck with it for years with much success, but now i train one bodypart a day.
I Train Chest mondays.
Legs on tuesdays.
Wednesdays is for Back.
Thursdays is calfs.
fridays is for shoulders,biceps and triceps.
Some might say this is no good! but it sure works for me.

i just started a 3 day split like that and mine goes
back and shoulders
legs calves
chest and arms
crdio and abs in between days

day 1 chest+triceps
day 2 back+biceps
day 3 rest
day 4 legs
day 5 start over
