![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I think it is great! I stuck with it for years with much success, but now i train one bodypart a day. I Train Chest mondays. Legs on tuesdays. Wednesdays is for Back. Thursdays is calfs. fridays is for shoulders,biceps and triceps. Some might say this is no good! but it sure works for me. ------------------ IP: Logged |
