I'm on a cycle of winny and I've started to out on some quality weight and my strength gains have been impressive. I need to slim down and get rid of some BF. I'm pretty lean, but I need to get leaner. I lift my balls off and sprint four times a week, but I eat like it's my job. Does anybody have a good cardio routine for getting rid of some BF. I heard that doing cardio in the morning is the best time to get rid of fat because there are so few carbs in your system. Any ideas? IP: Logged |
