It depends. I rely more on cardio to lose fat than high rep weights, but I definitely see a benefit when I do high rep squats (20 or more).

You're going to hear a wide range of answers to this. Every person gets results using something different, but these are some things that work for me:

1. Incorporate one compound movement for each muscle group (military press for shoulders, close grip bench press for tri's....) and work with heavy weight.

2. Include more "isolation" type movements (cable crossovers for chest, concentration curls for bi's...) and aim for 10-12 rep range.

3. cardio....cardio...and more cardio

A cutting cycle should include some type of mild AS to preserve muscle mass. What type of prior AS use do you have? I'm going on a stack of Primo, Winny, clen, cytomel, and possibly EQ to cut.

My suggestion would be to start tapering your calories down 1 week after your last T200 injection. Take clomid 100mg/day for 2 weeks starting 1-1 1/2 weeks after your last injection, then 50mg/day for another week.

What are you planning for cutting? EQ only....or do you plan to stack it with anything else?

EQ, Primo, and Winny would be a great stack for preserving muscle mass while cutting, as well as increasing vasularity and hardness. For fat loss you can add clen and cytomel to that stack and have incredible results.

Yeah I think you should focus on cardio as apposed to rep range. You are still burning calories doing all that sweating, grunting, and pushing(or pulling)! To help solidify your gains keep your heart rate between 60%-70% of your VO2 max. That way your body won't be pushed to far and will use stored glucose for energy, as apposed to protein and muscle which is what it would use if you were to keep your heart rate above 70% of your max. Also to kick it into high gear what I use and it is pretty effective is to alternate your speed. For example say your cardio session will last 30 min. Well warm up at a light pace. Then bring your heart rate between the 60%-70% range for 4 min. The jack it up to 75%-90% range for 2 min. Then back down to 60%-70% range for 5 min. then back up again for 3 min. etc. etc.
I hope this help! Of course just my.02

Glad to see you are back on track matty. I am on eq, winny, clen. t3, eca, just threw in a little sust also. As far as vascularity goes, had it before I started so I can't wait to see what it looks like around week 6. I am keeping the cardio to 40 min 3x a week, as i do alot of manual labor. As far as calories go I am staying in the 2000 range with the majority of it protein. Good luck everyone else

I am on one of those "extended cycles" I just started the eq last week, I am staying at 300mg like you suggested, 50 mg winny eod for longer than I care to admit, and the sus 2 cc per week for 5 weeks, just started that last week, with the t3, something was telling me to use some test to preserve muscle mass, besides i do not retain that much water on sus, so i figured why not try it for cutting?
