hey brow wsup? just wondering how much eq i have to take to see some mass gains. I've never taken eq before. I am not looking for monster gains, modest gains and maybe a little bit more cut up is my goal. I'm 23, 17%BF, 114 lbs. Oh also, anyone experience any side effects? and what i can do to combat the side effects and keep gains?
thanks

How about hitting the gym first before you even THINK about AS? Unless you're around four feet tall, I would highly doubt you know what a dumbbell looks like (except in a mirror maybe...)

Read. Don't post stuff like this or you'll be flamed to no end on here.

hey bro i've been working out for the past 3 years, most of the time going in 3-4 times a week. I'm not huge but for 6'1 and 215 i'm not that small either. I've never used gear before and was hoping to get some help. When i first started working out 3 years ago i was like 170 pounds, a scrawny kid. I've gained a lot since then just by eating and working out, now i need help cuz i want to continue to improve. So yes to answer your question i do work out hard, eat right, etc. Just want some advice and suggestions.

You better read and revise your earlier post bro... you said you were only 114 lbs. It's called proofreading. Amazing concept.

C'mon guys give em a break man! it was obviously a typo!

take your eq at 400mgs per wk in 3 dosages per wk, that should be enough for ya! and the only sides im getting from 300mgs per wk are increased appetite & aggression! that and alot of lean muscles and veins....

i was wondering if i could take it 2 doses per week and see same results? and if in the thigh it would be too painful of an injection. Are gains pretty good if i do eq cycle by itself?

gains on an eq only cycle all depend on the person, ive heard good results , and bad, your best bet is always to stack! im taking primo and winstrol with eq and getting leaner and more ripped & vascular! plus gained approx 10lbs (high cardio), and you could even take it in 1 dose once a wk, but ive heard eod or 3x per wk is best , so thats the way im taking it, although if i was using the 100mg form i would probably only take it 1x per wk.....good luck to ya! and remember its always best to stack.......!
