I am currently 230 pounds at around 16% give or take a little.. i am going to start a cycle of 50mg winny eod injecting it.. I plan on running for a half hour in the morning and then for a half hour after working out at night.. i will be taking clen and eca 2 weeks interchanging.. i will cut carbs out after 6.. and i will try to keep my diet as clean as possible.. does anyone think that it could be possible for me to get down below 10 percent in 6 weeks.. or is that an impossible feat.. can anyone else give me results that they have obtained from a similar cycle with similar goals..

Bro it's all about the diet and cardio. I canged my diet to 2300 calories a day at 60% protein and I'm droping fat like it's cool. Hit the cardio when you first wake up, it makes a big difference. If you want to do it twice a day I'd hit 45min in the morning and 30min after your workout. Those are the best times to hit cardio for the waist line. Switch between ECA and clen and be strict on your diet. On Sundays I like to carb up a bit before the week as a treat if I diet well all week long. Hope this helps, Green

I agree with Green. The Winnie will not help you loose fat. AAS do not burn fat. Do the cardio thing 30-45 minutes per day. Use Clen/ECA, you might want to think of T3 for rapid weight loose. I would try to do it naturly first and use chemicals to help shape your body. Drink lots of water and eat clean. You will reach your goals in time. Not 6 weeks to decrease your body fat overall by 33%. Not healthy

I dont want to decrease it by 33 percent im only looking for a 6-8 percent decrease..

i LIKE it! you want to lose 6% in 6 weeks. that is only 12 pounds or so. sure you can do it and the winny will help you retain muscle. primo will work better on a low calorie diet though i have heard. good luck.

Bull shit!!! AS do burn fat in an indirect method. Because you are staying anabolic and training hard there will be muscle growth. Your metabolism naturally increases as it is working overtime forming new muscle in a faster pace. More lean muscle also yeilds a high basal metabolic rate and burns more calories just sitting on your ass. So they do burn fat just indirectly.
