All of you who, like me, like to get a good blend of protein in post workout shakes, know that raw eggs make the shake to damn foamy to drink. Try cracking the egg whites into ice trays and adding them to designer and milk or whatever; once they are frozen(no more foam and very bioavailable protein blend) IP: Logged |
