wow... thats all I have to say.. wow... I thought I was getting pretty big... I weighed in at 179 lbs. yesterday at 10% BF... I felt great... but you ruined that... MORE ROIDS for me!!!! I'll catch your ass in a few years...

Way to go Naughty, Keep up the progess. Im a little behind you at 6'3" and 258lbs today, then I got an email from a buddy out of state and he says he hit 282lbs this week, DAMN. just got to eat more and lift more, Im starting my 4th week of a six week cycle, so far Im pleased with the progress.

when you say curl do you mean 165 with bar cause 65 is um a joke if you mean 65 lb dumbless then that is better
