![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I usually take 2 cafeine and 2 ephedrine about 30-45min before training. They way you posted it seems like you are overtraining. Dorian only trained 4 days a week Ok stupid example but if you feel tired, slugish and you are not progressing drop the volume to 4 days a week and why not just 3 for a month or two. I like to train Pull, Push and Legs a very good training split for mon,wed,fri IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I have to agree with the overtraining angle. If you are physically tired then stimulants can overcome that, but, if you are mentally tired you need to take time off. Either way you are heading towards overtraining. take a day or two off, eat like a pig and watch the gains come rolling in. get big or get out IP: Logged |
