Im just starting a sus cycle of 500mg per week.. 1 cc every 3 days. Im pretty sure Im going to blow up but I dont want to deflate like a baloon. How did you hold your gains. Is clomid the only secret? thanks IP: Logged |

I just started an 8 week cycle. 500mg sus every 5 days and d-bol 30mg a day for the first five weeks. Got plenty of clomid take throughout the cycle and then for at least two weeks after. I did a lot of research and everybody seems to say the clomid will keep the gains. Don't underestimate the need for a good diet and plenty of rest though. --------- Bossman IP: Logged |

thanks boss man.. Im gonna start the clomid eod at about week 3.. and then I will take at the end of cycle also.. I dont think it is necessary to start the clomid right away. IP: Logged |

What I do on is train 4 times a week and when off 3 times a week. This along with the clomid will help keep the gains. Remember you cant recuperate as good when you are off. Usually try to maintain your weight for like 2 months and then start dieting if you want to lose the gained fat. Don't start dieting just after the cycle as you will lose muscle on a restricted calorie diet. IP: Logged |
