Snack: MetRx Shake, 1 chick brst Lunch: Turkey brst,bread,yogurt,1/2c cot chse Snack: Power Bar Protein Plus, Isopure Shake Pre Workout: 2 Yogurt Dinner: 2 chk brst, 1/2 c rice Snack : IsoPure Shake Totals: 3120 cals, 379 pro, 302 carbs I'm currently about 218 lbs. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() i am on a "flaming" diet which means most will flame my method but IT WORKS FOR ME! i take in 1000 calories or less for 5 days. on weekends i stay around 2000 calories but clean eating for the most part. one meal on the weekend i eat a "cheat" meal. i do not even look at protein, fat, or carbs. i just make sure that i get at least 75g protein per day. i also hit the weights a few days a week and do cardio daily for anywhere from 20 minutes to 3 hours (tennis). my strength is stable and eca keeps my energy up. i have used this very diet in the past and lost 40 pounds in 2 months and kept it off for 6 years. well, i am down another 14 pounds in the last 3 weeks. i would NOT recomend this diet to anyone else, BUT it does work for me with very little muscle loss or strength depreciation. peace IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Swollen eating only 3 times a day is stupid no offense. But if you want to be part of a roid board atleast learn you diet and training stuff first then come supps and roids. And some values are wrong. Dude 1 cup of milk has 8.5g protein and 12grams of carbs unless you are taking some of that super milk... Large eggs have 6g protein and 6g fat not 4g. IP: Logged |
