This doesn't work for everyone but if you have predominately fast twitch muscle fiber you can make great gains doing what I do. I have trained the last 8 years doing each muscle group only once per week for 4-8 reps. The other key is using the most basic of exercises where you can pack the weight on. Squats, Deadlifts, Chins, Rows, Barbell Presses, Lying Tricep Extensions, Barbell Curls. I only do one bodypart a day and go at 110% for 45 minutes just blowing that one part out. I have always had the least fancy routine and made great gains without any drugs. Now I have experimented with some low dosages of gear and the results are phenomenal when I lift heavy like this. It takes a lot out of you and thats why resting a full week before you hit it again is a must. What works for one person doesn't work for everyone though. Try different things that have proven successful for others and see what works best for you. IP: Logged |

It's not really what exercises are better -- a lot of the best mass-building exercises are also the best power-building exercises -- it's the techniques you employ to lift. IP: Logged |
