I don't think I could get a decent workout without taking a nap. With all the caffiene, I take during the day, I get completely washed out and a nap sort of resets my body for an assbusting workout.

Hey bro I'm the exact opposite. If I nap before I lift it never goes well. I'm lethargic, unfocused, and can't wait to get out of the gym which is usually never the case. I do crash the second I'm done eating after a workout for at least an hour.
