![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() We must have the same genetics. I'm 5'10" 192 or so with 34 inch waist and around 12% bodyfat. I NEVER train abs because mine GROW I tried doing situps and I had a gh gut in no time hehe. They grow faster than anything else so if abs were supposed to be big then that would be my best part but unfortunately they don't look normal so no ab training for me. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Running Ive found is one of the best ways to cut the spare tire syndrome out for summer.
Normal doses will run you about 120-160mcg a day depending on your tolerance for it. 3 weeks on 2 weeks off seems to be the best cycle considering it takes the body approx 3 weeks to fully adjust to the clen, therebye lessening its effectivness. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() 6-8 tabs. Clen runs at 20mcg a tab. Oxyflux makes good stuff...Im using some from a comp. called DNA labs...never heard of them, but I really like thier clen.
