![]() ![]() ![]() I know that one should should use test in mostly bulking cycles but i had access to test cyp and decided to through it in at a dose of 1cc every 3 days in my cutting cycle with eq. I threw it in because i want to add lean mass as well as well as cut up...which leads to my important qestion----------------If i run on the testosterone and do about 30 minutes of cardio and also drink lots of water and take clomid.....can the test be as effective in building muscle as it would be if i did no cardio? Remember...i am not talking water weight, i am talking lean muscle? IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() Just a thought... I experamented a little once with a Sus250 only cycle last year. It was 500mg/week for four weeks.(8weeks by the time it tapered) I had cut my calories, did less weight training and much more enduarance traing.(martial arts) After eight weeks, my waist size was 1 1/2 sizes smaller and I was much leaner and looked bigger because of that. My body weight did not change but maybe a pound. So for me, it's safe to say I can cut on Sus250. Maybe since there's less water retention with it then other tests? Don't know if this helps you. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Cardio when done no more than 3 times per week when on is actually beneficial. However when u do it everyday, I do 45 min per day everyday when I'm cutting, it does hurt your muscles. Muscles were built with an anerobic activity, now they are being forced to do an excessive amount of aerobic activity. When I bulk I take out all cardio, because I don't want to be wasting calories because I am on the stairstepper. LP IP: Logged |
