im takin protein -creatine -glutimane --pre and post workout --can i just throw all of these in a glass with some liquid and slam it --or should i space it out ??

Bear with me on this one,..... IF ANYONE ELSE KNOWS ANY DIFFERENT ON THIS ONE, POST AND LET US KNOW....
I have read that glutamine and creatine are absorbed by similar mechanisms and it is pointless to take the two of them at the same time. It would be like two fat bitches trying to get through the same small door. The net result is that you don't end up absorbing very much of either substance. As far as the protein and glutamime are concerned, I take them both post workout. I also take glutamine periodically throughout the day (4 - 5 times per day). It's good to keep a constant supply hanging around in there to keep any catabolism in check.

If you feel like you must take the creatine and glutamine during the same time period, I think it would be better to take one preworkout and the other post ( creatine before, glutamine after) or separate the two dosages of either one by a few hours. Just my humble opinion.

you shouldnt consume anything an hour before you train. more blood for digestion and less for muscles. take everything after workout.
