Im an impatient bastard so when I start my cutting I like to be ripped the next morning, well not that fast, but from your personal experience what is the lowest cals I can go and spare lean tissue on test and eq. right now 240lbs and 13 % bf. Dont tell me to get winny or primo because im out of cash right now. girlfriend is already pissed about the spending.

bump ..........this came right out of my mouth this second so i second that. I think it is a good question. I am also going to take eq and test. just wondering whats your doses?

I'm on sus and i'll be throwing in eq this week, i'm going to drop carbs, ride my mountain bike like a mother and consume very high amounts of protein....to preserve muscle mass.

At your bodyweight I would not drop your cal. under 3200 a day...nor your carbs below 250g a day. No carbs after mid-day...buy some ketostix to check ketosis, first piss in the morning, and then hit heavy cardio on an empty stomach.

2g of protein per body lb. per day is good rule of thumb to preserve mass.

Bump your fat intake up a bit to give your body something to burn. Shoot for dairy fats, and flax and or fish oil fats..

Should work fine..just be patient you and wont commit dieting suicide.

why dont you try cytomel 25-50 mcg/day
of course the main problem is the rebound
effect. but you could just use it till you
get some money for gear.

Personally, would opt for clenbuterol over t3, since your worried about muscle prservation cytomel wouldnt be the way to go because it will eat everything in its path..inluding muscle.

120-140mcg a day of clen works wonders.
