![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Im an impatient bastard so when I start my cutting I like to be ripped the next morning, well not that fast, but from your personal experience what is the lowest cals I can go and spare lean tissue on test and eq. right now 240lbs and 13 % bf. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() At your bodyweight I would not drop your cal. under 3200 a day...nor your carbs below 250g a day. No carbs after mid-day...buy some ketostix to check ketosis, first piss in the morning, and then hit heavy cardio on an empty stomach. 2g of protein per body lb. per day is good rule of thumb to preserve mass. Bump your fat intake up a bit to give your body something to burn. Shoot for dairy fats, and flax and or fish oil fats.. Should work fine..just be patient you and wont commit dieting suicide. later, IP: Logged |
