honest guys? sure there are, but you got to do your research and make sure you know at least one of their refs to be legit. getting scammed sucks but I think almost anyone who has ever had mail-order success in the long-run has gotten scammed once or twice. back to the drawing board IP: Logged |

I had some guy recently who says he gets his gear from Slovenia or Slovakia say he would send me one amp to prove he is legit. I asked around and the word was SCAMMER. I told him this and he cussed me out a blue streak. IP: Logged |

i think i know the guy from slovenia, and yes he did turn scammer...and the guy who got scammed. Watch out for the customs bro, i was busted. get a domestic source and pay more cause if you get busted you'll end up paying 10 times more in lawyer fees and fines...and i'm proof of that ------------------ IP: Logged |

There are honest sources out there. It is a matter of finding one. You can email the Mods next time to see if they ever have heard of a problem with your next source. Next time see if your new potental source will let you try a small order first. Some good ones are willing to do that for the first time orders. ------------------ IP: Logged |

I know how you feel, in my first dealing with an internet source, I thought I'd lost $500+. It took three weeks to get a reply, when he did reply he said his computer was down. I did get my stuff and he has been honest and excellent to deal with ever since. The lesson I learned is DONT RISK TOO MUCH MONEY FIRST TIME, start small and build trust. $200 out of pocket is bad, but at least it wasn't big bucks. IP: Logged |

I have to make a statement about a good source going Bad NO WAY!! what happens is a good source takes a hit and that carries over to the client. remember you are dealing with a controlled product and that is part of the bizz we win some we lose some. But do not blame the source. he did is part, if he was a good guy well I do not think he just said one day well I am going to be a scammer. THINK ABOUT IT IP: Logged |
