I dont think it is fake....it hurts like hell for about three days and i get pumped like i never have when i train....i drink about 1 1/2 to 2 gallons of h20 a day.. all i eat is chicken and rice and protein shakes..i get at least 3500 calories a day, most of the time more..it should be enough for me...i am 5'10 165 IP: Logged |

I'm going to throw this out there; I think you're not getting enough fats! All I see from you post is that you're eating "diet" foods. If you're trying to put some size on, try adding some yolks into your eggs in the morning. Flax seed oil works wonders. There's two things that always do it for me when the growth slows: sodium and fat. You'll say it's water weight, but the steady growth doesn't lie. I always get thicker and harder when I throw in the appropriate amount of certain fats. (Damn, that sounded like a porn posting! Bad visual,..) By the way,...I'm sure easy-off hurts a lot when it goes into someone's ass. Make sure your gear is legit!! Be careful bro! Start eating everything you see. Eat burgers fried chicken if its got protien in it eat it. Thats what I would try. Also work each body part once a week. Calves and forearms twice a week. Abbs daily or three times a week. just my two cents L8R ------------------ IP: Logged |
