![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Well I dislocated my shoulder last night and the doctor said I might have a slight fracture. Anyone hear have any experience with this??? How long until I can lift again,etc??? I can take the pain, but not lifting hurts me worse. Thanks Dan IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() That sucks, a friend of mine did that and had to wear this thing with a chain on it so he could not raise his arm too high. He was like that for ever. But we played college football and he just kept geting hurt again then get it shot up, get it hurt again...you get the picture. L8R ------------------ IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I dislocated my left shoulder playing high school baseball my junior year. I was lucky enough to have to pop back in by itself but it still hurt like hell. I ended up going to physical therapy for like 3 months. That helped a little, but the key is to get your hands on some GH. Growth Hormone works wonders for connective tissue damage. It actually re-grows the shit!! Good Luck!!
