i came across 10ml vial of sustanon by Karachi. supposidly the amps are emptied out into a vial and steriled. anyone ever hear of this and is it legit. 10ml ran for $90. larger ml quantities were cheaper per ml......thanks [This message has been edited by burgh (edited June 25, 2000).] IP: Logged |

How does the Sus250 stay together. If you draw out 1cc how do you know how much of each you are getting, if they are all mixed together? I was just wondering if it is a blend of four tests then you would draw up whatever was near the end of the pen. I thought they came in preloads and amps because they were a blend of four tests in one ml. Tell me if I'm wrong. L8R ------------------ IP: Logged |

Well, theoretically I would say that as long as the solution is constituent, then the concentration of the test. would be normal throughout the bottle. Meaning that if you take one ml of the solution you'll have 250 mg, 1/2 ml = 125mg, and in the same proportions for the different derivatives. Once the oily solution is prepared, there's not any risk that sedimentation or something will occur, because all the components are soluble in the vehicle (the oily base). Now, a suspension would be a totally different story. The only flaw I see with this home made 10ml vial, is how do you know the guy that repacks 10 ampoules into a larger vial does that in an aseptic manner. I mean he might be opening all 10 ampoules and then start to pull them into a syringe, and breath down the open ampoule so there'd be some risk of a virus or other micro organism. Or he might use the same loading syring for several days, increasing the risk of some foreign matter getting into the solution, which could cause an absess or something if injected. It's not a simple business preparing an injectable dosage form. And a large part of the cost goes toward sterilizing and checking for sterility. Personally, I would only trust this sterility for a small while after I open the ampoule prepared by the company itself. Just my 2 cents. IP: Logged |
