Trust me bro...you will get used to it. My wrists, lower back and Quads are sore all the time because of the increase of weight soooo quickly. I've put on about 12 pounds in about 4 and a half weeks. You'll be ok. Chef ------------------ IP: Logged |

1. go to a doctor to make sure you havent done any serious damage ie. torn ligaments etc.

Do you have the pain all the time, or does it hurt moatly after use. All the time-usually tendon related Sometimes-ligament After workouts or other use-muscle Swelling? Redness? If muscle related, don't eexpect too much help from Deca.

Well my guess is, you do standing biceps curls with a straight bar, maybe even preacher curls with the same bar. In that case, switch to a cambered bar. Also wear wrist wraps untill your pain is over. Same for triceps, use a cambered bar or dumbells. Maybe you do too much forearm excercice or maybe you do 21's, you know 7 half movements from halfway to top, then from down under until halfway and the last 7 from under to top. Now this is a great "forearm tendon" killer. Close grip triceps press (I hope I say this right) also very bad for the wrists. So if I where you I would switch to some other exercices, more gently for the tendons. This is only a guess, so I could be wrong, but if I am right, then it is up to you. Don't let it became permanent, as I have. Jeff ------------------ IP: Logged |
