Overtraining always saps my motivation, take a week or two off and re-evaluate your program. IP: Logged |

exactly, take some time off, get the hunger again. i do that alot, especially if the pressure gets too high with work and school. a week here and there and you come back stronger. dont be so hard on yourself bro, you did a show and that takes ALOT of discipline. i have alot of respect for those who can go through the rigors of day to day life and still get their bodyfat down so low and compete. give yourself some vacation and then youll get the taste in your mouth again. peace IP: Logged |

bro, grab yourself a couple of hardcore bodybuilding mags and after a few pictures it should rejuvinate you...hell go to another gym where there are mostly skinny punks, that way you are looked at in awe. Maybe, giving your ego a boost is what you need. IP: Logged |

i had the same thing happen only it was mid way through my cycle & then i injured my shoulder i had no motivation to train intensly. I hope to get back Monday and atart over i hate this at my age the time to recover from physical injury is much longer than when I was younger I just hope I can mentaly regroup. If anyone can give me some input I would appreciate it.Later IRON-MOVER IP: Logged |
