![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Ok last cycle I did 30mg of d-bol per day, my blood pressure was a little high but bearable. Now I am doing 40mg per day on my current cycle and I am gasping for air after a set of bench presses. I was thinking of going to the doc to get some high BP med's but I don't know whether or not to tell him I am on gear? If I tell him I'm "on" he might say to stop then come back to him. What do u think? LP IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() The high blood pressure is probably from water retention. You could try using a mild diuretic to cut back some of the water. When I told my doc about my d-bol usage he just said that I should avoid d-bol since it causes so much water retention and strain on the liver. I don't think that most doctors understand steroids very well and just try to keep everyone away from everything but test and deca. You can try talking to him though, he might know more than the docs that I have gone to. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() i had high blood pressure also. my doc is cool ,he does not like me doing a/s but i'm honest with him and he tells me what i should do, last year he had me doing more cardio (3-4x per week) and i also starting taking vit.E it also helps to lower your blood pressure, 2 weks ago he said my bp was perfect, so it worked.....good luck ------------------ IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I went through the same battle about a month ago. My BP was up to 211/101 and I generally felt like shit. I went to the doctor, discussed my AS use and my BP, and we decided to start mild and increase if needed. I started taking water pills from a health food store......and in only 1 week I got my BP down to 155/83. It's a much better alternative to going on a beta-blocker which will hinder your workouts. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I agree, it's definetly the water talking. I am around 170/88 most of the time when I am on. A mild diuretic will do wonders.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Diuretics are temporary fixes! You can't stay on them for too long or your kidneys will go bye-bye! I don't find them as a logical solution. It is like your oil light coming on in your car, so you snip the wires connecting to the light, it seems like your problem is solved, but is it? I would suggest aspirin, vitamin E, and a better diet. If it still does not help, you might just have to resort to the bp meds! IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() How much vitamin E should I take? LP IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() For vitamin E the usual dose is between 400 - 1000 IU. But I was going to suggest that you buy Herbal Hibiscus tea. If you drink 2 or 3 sachets per day it should help alot. Also, if you eat boiled food sometimes, add an onion and let it boil with the rest of the food, and then eat it. But it might make you a bit drowsy so dont take it right before a work out. I know some people don't really beleive in herbal medicine, I'm not so in to it myself, but some shit really works! Try it bro. IP: Logged |
