Do you mean how long they're pharmaceutically active inside the body and produce effect (after the last dose), or just how long they stay in the system and can be detected? IP: Logged |

I mean how long they stay active and take effect, you know the "active" life. from the time of ingestion how long does their effect last. how long will it take for them to become "incative" nothing to do with drug test. IP: Logged |

Hey BigRick. I tried to find more info on this, but this is all I got. Yes, the half life for Clomid is 5 days. And for Nolvadex is 7 days. Both drugs undergo enterohepatic circulation, and are highly protein bound in the system. This explains why the stay in the blood for a relatively long period. With Nolvedex plasma concentration is at a peak after 4-7 hours. With a half life of about a week this would mean that the concentration of the drug will stay more or less stable in the body through out the course, and will start slowly declining after that. The drug would be above the minimum theraputic concentration for about 4-5 days after discontinuation. With Clomid, it should be effective for about 2-3 days after stopping. I couldn't find anything useful on Proviron. But if I do, I'll post it. IP: Logged |
