I WOULD LIKE TO LOOSE ABOUT 10 LBS OF FAT WHILE KEEPING MY MUSCLE MASS. I AM IN THE PROCESS OF CONSTRUCTING MY NEXT CYCLE. DO YOU GUYS HAVE ANY RECCOMENDATIONS????? IP: Logged |

Personally, for cutting I like Fina and T3, and cut your calories to 2,000 or below and keep your fat real low also. LP IP: Logged |

If someone is not training fro a bodybuilding contest, is it worth it to use DNP. If DNP is like thyroid meds in the since that you baloon as soon as you come off then I really wouldn't be interested. Anyone with expereince? IP: Logged |

Dnp is not like thyroid meds at all. As long as you don't take it for extended periods, which is almost impossible you will get great results. Add in some fina and you'll stay strong and get lean. Cut back your workouts and increase the morning cardio and goto eca after you come off the dnp. I wouldn't dare compare thyroid meds to dnp. IP: Logged |

stay on the gear of choice.30-45 min of cardio in the morning on an empty stomach. 2 gallons or more of water per day. no carbs after 5 pm and no sugars or high glycemic carbs period. e/c/a stack or clen. cut carbs back some and lower sat fats and replace with flax or natural peanut butter. keep going heavy as possible with the weights.eat every 21/2 to 3 hours for a total of 6 meals. and since i have no idea what your current calorie intake is drop it 300-500 and make adjustments from there. this is just a start. If you know how many calories you eat on average to maintain the weight you are at reduce this by 500 calories, do cardio EVERY DAY to burn an additional 500 calories, = 1000 calories a day x 7 days a week = 7000 calories. One pound of fat yields 3500 Kcal. Lose two LBS a week. IP: Logged |
