![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I did a week already and it looks like I lost about 8lbs. I took a week off and I am ready to start a new 7 day cycle. I plan on taking DNP at a 400mg dose every evening before bedtime or should I do it this way: Start tomight with 400mg and then again on Monday then Wednesday and Friday (400mg). I want to stick with 400mg because I work and I can't look bad at work. Twice a day I will be taking alot of vitamins. I'm 235lbs. My cardio will be done in the morning before I eat. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I would split your doses. It makes no sense to suffer all night and get less effect out of the 400mg in one dose. The true effects of the intial dose takes about 3-4 hrs to kick in so if you spread them out you'll get a two seperate kicks to your system. As they build up in your system over their 36hr life time you will find spliting the doses to be more pleasant. Also, the pyruvate and glycerol will not stop the sweating. It will aid in making your dnp trip a little easier but not any less sweaty. I also suggest unless your on some very strong gear you tone done the workouts. Your going to think I am kidding but its very very easy to overtrain on dnp. Think about it, when you diet your primary objective isn't to build but keep what you have built. While on dnp your body is burning off huge amounts of atp as body heat and basically causing a mild fever. Your body is workign so hard to just do normal everyday functions that it can't repair worth a shit. Your immune system will be shot to shit and working out extremely hard and heavy too much will drag it down more. I have found while on dnp to cut my sets down to 4-6 sets/ bodypart. If you do it hard and correctly that is enough to keep your strength and muscle stimulated without overtraining. Try adding 18-24g of yohimbine to your pre-cardio sessions in the mornings and let the cardio be under 65% of your max hrt rate. Let the Dnp do its job and enjoy the ride but don't push your body too much! It will resist and usually will win. IP: Logged |
