I have been doing 600mg enanthate and 400mg deca per week for two weeks now. Thats 1000mg of high androgenic juice per week. I still haven't gained a fucking pound. Can the bros help me out? I feel like shit. I got everything I needed including clomid and nolvadex and I feel like I wasted all this money for nothing. When will the gains start showing (if ever)????

Do those bottles have "Brovel" engrave on the cap? If so, they are real. You might be losing fat and gaining muscle, thats why your weight remain the same. Don't worry too much on weight gain. Go by mirror. IP: Logged |

definitely i would say look at your diet. thats the main thing im tackling now before i start, just so i dont spin my wheels and waste my juice. try to get a good idea as to your protien intake and up it by maybe 50-100gms. not really trial and error, just tweaking, see how it works. if protein intake is good, see how your carb intake compares, are you eating clean? if so then you will need alot more carbs to offset the reduced fat. it takes quite a bit of carbs to add up. good thing most carbs are light. the thing i try to do to eat enough is get in the protein first, and then eat carbs after til im very full. that way you know you get the protein. i doubt its the juice, your #s are fine. water intake is good too? muscle is 70% water. Thanx guys. I know what you are saying about fat loss and muscle gain, but I literally have no fat. The last time I measured it was like 5%. Every inch of my skin has veins popping out of it. The last cycle I did gave me 5 pounds the first 2 weeks, this one gave nothing. That other juice was persian Testosterone enanthate 250 in 1ml amps and this one is 200 so it is a tad bit weaker. But that shouldn't matter because I was doing 250mg /week on the last cycle and now I am doing 1000mg /week with 600mg of it being test. NO, Brovel is not engraved on the cap. But its got the hologram and all that shit and looks just like the picture on Conan's site. I got it from a trusted source, but I could be wrong about trusting him. Does the fact that it is not engraved with Brovel mean it is fake? I hope not. I guess the only other explanation is I am not eating enough. This is just me ok. I can put on weight most of the time. But it is hard for me to put on pure muscle. Remember, quality muscle is hard to gain. Water and fat is so easy to put on. So, increasing you calories may increase weight, but what kind of weight? The last cycle you made gains. This cycle, your not going to make the same gain. If this is true, then people would be 500+lbs and bigger each year. If you are about 5% bodyfat, then your very lean. You'll have to decide which way you want to go. Stay lean and make slow QUALITY gain or bump up your calorie put on mass(some fat and some water). Just keep on doing everything right. It is a matter of time now. Assuming your training, diet and rest are where they should be. I one I have experience with is the brovel on the cap. Maybe the one you have is the newer one. Bro test enanthate will take about 3 weeks to kick in...i know somebody that did a cycle just like yours and he only gained about 5lbs in 8 weeks. but his fat level was decreased and his benching was up like 25lbs and much stronger on anything else. So you might not eat enough to put on the extra pounds. The person i know ate regular (no extra cals to gain weight) so that's why he only went up like 5lbs. ------------------ IP: Logged |

2 weeks is not enough time to worry, i've been on duratest and norandran 200 for 4 weeks and only gained 8 lbs., but the mirror says otherwise, i feel good and definately look better then 8 lbs, so i'm not complaining. the fat loss theory is probably true cause my waist went down a size yet i gained 8 lbs, be patient and consistent and reevaluate your diet ......legend IP: Logged |

Thanx bros. You guys are the best. So you are saying the Brovel is real even with no engravement on the cap? I dont want to slim down. I am already slim. I want as much mass and power as I can get. Now I am gonna make an omlette with 4 eggs and two nice fat sausages. Thanx again for the input.

There's something everyone is forgeting. He's only been on for 2 weeks. I hate to break it to you but it takes about 16 days just for decca to take effect, calm down and be patient, you should see some results shortly. The T200's half life is around 18 days as well. IP: Logged |

if you want more mass take sust250 and ref-b. oh, and drink alot of water while on this. i heard you will get alot of water retention but, i haven't seen much at all. i have a slim frame too and i don't have that puffy look like some get with this cycle. i must be pissing it all out with the water. Get a good protien powder and start farting with pride. Eat more eggs, tuna, fish, steak etc... you get the picture. Also don't over train work each body part once or twice a week depending on how you feel. L8R ------------------ IP: Logged |

I'm built pretty much like you raver dude. Low body fat--measured around 4.7 one time in a hydrostat. My first cycle of deca I had only gained two pounds after two weeks and my strength hadn't changed. About four weeks in I suddenly realized I had gained 9 pounds and my bench had gone up 25 pounds. I really hammered the protein and calories. Ate horribly at least in the eyes of the general public. A number 4 (double quarter pounder value meal) was part of my daily eating regimine. I haven't done T200, but with primoteston I was making excellent size and strength gains within 10 days. So enanthate did not take 3 weeks to kick in for me. I find when I am on the juice I have to eat alot....till I feel like puking...else the gains arent there. Food is the most important thing, and high calories a must, also it is impossible to keep those calories clean. So hamburgers, fries and the like are important...if you see Lee Priest in the off-season you'll notice he looks like shit, he is FAT! But is comes off fast and when he diets down he looks great. If you want the muscle mass you will need the fat too bro...I usually eat 10 eggs, only 1 or 2 yolks, loaded with mushrooms, onions, ham and cheese along with a shake for breakfast. then eat every 3 hours or so after that...it helps!! I drink a gallon of skim milk with 8 scoops of my favorite whey protein powder every day. (spaced out of course) This gets me 350gms of High quality Protein with very little fat. At 5% you could use some calories for sure so you could go with 2% or whole to get the calories you need.This works great for me give it a shot milk is cheap! IP: Logged |

Thanx guys. This has been an interesting thread. To the guy who asked about training... I am probably the hardest lifter in my gym. My chest workout for example is on mondays: 4 sets flat bench press 4 sets incline db press 3 sets decline db press 2 supersets of incline flies 4 sets of cable crossovers, 2 with the bottom and 2 with the top. So you could say I train hard. Gonna keep waiting....
