Curious what everyones flexed arm size is? And what it was before you started, either a cycle or training in general?

Right now 20" at age 21....when I began training they were 14" at age 14.

BEGINNING OF MY CYCLE THEY WERE 17.5.....NOW THREE WEEKS LATER THEY ARE 19 !!!!.....AND GET AS PUMPED AS HELL...PAINFUL!!
