"I am not taking anything at all, The juice doesnt make your bodyfat levels lower, When i was on the juice it made me go nuts all the time and made me just want to eat everything in site including all the junk food, my bodyfat was the same when I juiced as it is now, really bodyfat doesnt always add up right because some people look fatter than they really are, for instance Hulk Hogan has been 6-8 percent body fat his whole wrestling career but you cant tell me he looks that low, in fact he has no abs showing at all, he looks flabby on the stomach but he is only about 7% now, Goldberg is around 6% and he is way more ripped than hulk hogan is, but body fat doesnt have nothing to do with it, it also has to do with your water weight,skin thickness,and your loose skin, Joe sent me a pic and he is pretty ripped and has his top four abs showing but I can tell his bottom ab muscles are just not as built up, in fact most people cant build their lower abs because of alot of reasons, some like Joe come from a background of obesity, he says he was really fat when he was a kid, most people who were once real fat never can get a fully developed six pack because your lower abs can actually be damaged by all the body fat you once had, just like woman who have babies, not many of them have 6 packs because of all the reasons I just mentioned, I have always been pretty muscled up so it is no problem for me to get a 6 pack,
by the way I am not boasting about anything, I just like to interact with down to earth people,I might act like I am a big ego freak on television but I in no way am one, In fact I might get some of my buds to join this board, I know nash could but he is not one of the low body fat guys so dont talk no trash to him, he is around 14% but who cares what your body fat is as long as it is not high enough to kill you, hell actually 14% is considered healthier for your overall health than 4% is.

Now I am sure that Lex gets that shit all the time and it does get on his nerves, but my friend didnt ask for an autograph or nothing and that ass hole is gonna go off like that? Fuck him, that bastard had better realize that he aint shit with out his fans. We make him the popular and succesful bitch he is. If he cant atleast act in a decent maner to his fans then that son of a bitch can go to hell in a hand basket.
