is it possible to estimate how much water one looses while sweating given that they are a heavy sweater and they maintain a certain heart rate for a certain length of time in say 90 deg F weather?

thanks

I know especially when on cycle or clen I sweat my fucking balls off I get so sweaty in the gym it looks like I just finished a non stop 3 hour fuck session. And after my 3 hour fuck session I look like I just got back from the gym.

Weigh yourself before your workout, and then again afterwards. Say your down 4 pounds, then you need roughly 1/2 gallon of water. A gallon weighs 8 pounds, so you can figure out what you need. I ALWAYS drink plenty during my workouts, and often leave the gym heavier.

good advice bull, but you see i play tennis away from my gym and i do not have a scale at home. in addition i drink while i play so it is not possible in this manner to calculate water exerted.

thanks

damn bull you were close to my calc!

using an appx. density of 62.015 lb/ft^3 for sweat (may be a little higher since salt is present) and a few quotes from doctors and physical trainers of a max. volume of sweat secreted / hr for a "heavy sweating person" i have made the following calculations:

max. volumetric rate of sweat loss = 1.9 liters/hr = 0.5 gallons/hr.

this equates to:

4.16 lbs of sweat / hour.

of course this is not an exact number but i think a good appx.

bye yall

peace
