I got i friend that tell's me that Deca should be taken twice a week...is this common..? I tought that one injection every 7 days was correct for Deca.. Anyone..? IP: Logged |

So there's no difference at all in injecting once or twice a week with deca..? What do u guy's prefer ?? Don't meen to ask over and over, but i have an argument going with my training partner, so i just want to know this before i go flaming his ass off..lol IP: Logged |

Deca has a ten day half life so you only need to inject once a week, two would do nothing but give you more scar tissue in your glute. IP: Logged |

Is this just a Deca cycle by itself you are looking for info on? Since I am using Sust, and take that twice a week, I add my Deca in with that. This breaks up my weekly Deca shot but since I have to shoot Sust anyway why not split the Deca up as well. I also think it stops some of the stinging of sust. ------------------ IP: Logged |

Deca if I am doing over 200mgs/week which is always. I will shoot once on Sunday and then again on Wed. That way my butt will try to get rid of some of the oil thats in there. Oil ass seems to be a problem. Then the other injectable usually go in my thighs. Sus is shot in the thighs on the same basis as the Deca. I just like to break my shots up. I don't standing there a long time injecting into my body. IP: Logged |

Technically, sust should be every three to four days to maintain the level of the quickest ester. HOWEVER, I just do all my sust/deca shots one day a week and call it good. The deca only needs a once per week injection. You can go more often if your doing the sust every few days, a bit of deca does help that "sust limp" Late Lobo IP: Logged |
