Maybe this goes on another board, but you are the ones I want answering it. What do you all believe is the healthiest bodyfat level to maintain? Start a cycle fat or skinny. High calories during cycle or just high protein? How much fat and what kind. All the theories on juice diet you care to drop on us

i believe the average male is 12-18% and an athletic person has between 7-12%, those should be close. i always say cut the fat first, then bulk, repeat this till your satisfied. when bulking eat high protein 1.5-2.0g per body weight, and keep the calories high 4000-7000. You want to consume your fats by eating monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats, flaxseed, and fish oils.

I try to stay between 10-12%, I play hockey at a hi level and I need to stay at a pretty low percentage. You should always cut the fat off before each cycle, because you will put alot of fat on during the cycle, and this will keep you from burning off to much muscle at the end of your cycle.
