demn it no one ever reads my posts i dont think and liek i sai before im on my 2nd cycle and im doing a sustenon with 100mg of laurabolin a week with 6 pills of d-bol ,1 every 4 hours and im not gaining much and some one said i should be eating 5000 calories a day.i weigh 140 and yea im short and yea the gear is real.so what do you guys think?how much carbs,protein and calories should i eat? and i was thinking and im going to buy Prolab N-Lare2 weight gainer and how should i take it and when and how many times a day.demn help me out here im getting disappointed. ------------------ IP: Logged |

If i were you.. i would've already had this planned out before you started wasting the gear. =) But i'd take about 50g of protein every 2 hours. Just my opinion, someone else may have better advice but I would eat atleast 400-500g of carbs a day. Try to shoot for 3,500-4,500 calories. Don't eat crappy carbs, good ones. I've been doing that lately and I'm making gains, but i feel kindda fat too. I'm not worried, i'll cut it up after im done bulking. IP: Logged |

Mate, you're going to get some fat on that cycle if you're going to do it right. If you didn't want to get fat, you should have thought of that first. Also, what sort of research have you done for your cycle? Your diet is one of the basic things you should have gotten right before you even cycle. Buy the meal replacement N-large2, it's good stuff. Take it at least twice a day to supplement 3 regular meals a day. No flame intended but stop complaining about your fat and make the best use of the gear. Don't worry so much about fat gain at the moment, you can do a cutting cycle later. Right now focus on gaining as much mass as possible. To put on mass on your arms, lift heavy. Not much to it. Try training your arms once a week. I rarely go over 9 sets each for triceps and biceps. Good luck on the rest of your cycle. AY IP: Logged |

why the hell would u do only 100mgs of the laurabolin? 200 wont' do shit so 100 will give u half that! Bump up your laura to atleast 400mg a week and u'll be on your way, good luck IP: Logged |

140lbs...2nd cycle? What did you weigh b4 AS? I dissagree with people that say it's the amount of calories you eat that's important, it's the nutritional quality of where each calorie comes from that's most important. You eat shit - you get shit, you eat intelligently - you get huge. Oh and if you're not training correctly you will get shit. Post you're current training regime and see what the fellas think. I am a natural so I can't help you on the roids, but can on training and diet. I used to weigh 150 lb's and I'm now 180 lb's. I did this naturally through smart training and dieting. I'll probably get flamed for this but I would say get off the roids for now. You don't seem educated enough to be taking them (I may be wrong), but more importantly your training and diet if obviously not in check if you are not gaining. I gained 25 lb's in 6 months (thats quite low compared to others I know) from eating 5 times a day with 100 grams of carbs, 50 grams of protein and whatever the fat came to. THESE WERE GOOD CAARBS AND GOOD PROTEIN SOURCES. That should be about 3500 calories. Try it, if you still aren't gaining up it by 300 untill you do. post your full training and diet routine so you can get it checked. This will help you the most in your quest for muscle. Basically I think roids should only be taken when you have reached your FULL potential as a naturaly. Man, I'm way off that so I'm not considering at the moment. Again lets see your diet and training routine. Oh and Nlarge is goot shit. It is one of my 5 meals and tastes good. 100 carbs and 50 protine and 9 fat sounds good to me !!!! IP: Logged |

Your calories should be 20x bodweight. Protein 2-3g per pound of bodyweight. For you that works out to 2800 calories at 350g of protein per day. I would split the meals as evenly as I could between 5 or 6 times per day. I eat 5x per day at 8a, 11a, 1p, 4p, 7p at least as close to those time as I can. The 3 hours between feedings allow the body to take up the protein and avoid the super bloated feeling. Also what is your training routine? How many days and what body parts on each day? First of all u should not be touching gear when u don't even know how to plan a diet. U Training and diet should be second nature to u before u start gear, and using gear at 140 lbs just shows how lazy u are. I started at 145 lbs and went to 205 in two years naturally before I ever touched steroids. LP IP: Logged |

ok on my 1st cycle i did what i thought was sustenon.i did a shot every 2 weeks.at the time i didint know anythign about juice only what people told me.my 1st shot gave me noticable gains after like 2 or 3 days and i didnt eaven work out hard.then i started reserching about the gear and buying musclemag magazines and reading everythign i could about gear.i was reading Greg Zulacs column in one of the older musclemags and he recomended for a safe and least side effect cycle that yo uwould get some gains but not ALOT: a sustenon every 10-14 days,100mg of deca a week and about 30mg of d-bol a day was supposed to be a pretty safe stack.so i figured if i gained from just the sustenon and havent touched the other stuff i should gain nought from this.so i gotmy gear exept deca replaces with Laurabolin.later on i find out that the sustenons i used in the past were fakes and that they were only 180mg of propinate or somethign liek that so u can imagine shooting that much for your first shot.i gues thats why i got nice gains aat first.so the thing is since i had about 180mg at one time in my body i would probobltneed more sustenons or take em for longer till the sustenons double up so there is alot of testastrone inmy body at one time.but before i found out i had a 6 month brake befroe this cycle and decided to do the sustenon every week and throwing the other stuff i havent used i figured id gain alot.as for the diet,i read everywhere i should be eating like 6 meals a day with alot of protein.so thats what i been doing i was eating all day and tried to sta stuffed and inbetween meals i was drinking my protein shakes.now my days i have seperated in 4 days.day 1 biceps and triceps. day 2 chest,back. day 3 shoulders and day 4 legs. for all of em i do 12 reps to worm up then 8 max reps then 3 sets of 6. and i think thats it.oh yea and the reason i was comfused about the diet was cause some one said i should be eating 5000 calories a day.ok im going to get that N-Large2 stuff.ok so i alsow need to know if i shoudl take it before or after workout. ------------------ IP: Logged |

One reason your arms are not getting big is because you are overtraining them and not giving them anytime to rest. When you do arms,then chest and then shoulders right after that you are using your triceps three days in a row!!!!!!! Break your routine up differently. I work out M-F. Here's what I do. I do 1,2,3,4,1 then the next week I do day 2,3,4,1,2 and etc. I constantly rotate my workouts and it has been going really well.
Try this or try something different then what you are doing because your arms are getting burnt with no recouperation time.

Hey amigo, I hate to say it, but I think in the end you're gonna be real disappointed. If you're that far into your cycle that you're having a fit cause you can't see any gains, it's too late. You never (unless I missed it) said how far along this cycle you are. I'm assuming you're almost done. You wouldn't be this worried if you were only three weeks in. Next time, take everyones advice. Get your diet and training in order first. Then research what AS you want to use and the amounts of each (you're using way too little now). Map it out and attack it. What else do you need to know about your diet? The guys have just laid things out for you. Just follow advice. Eat 20x your bodyweight in calories. Eat every 2 hours. Eat quality carbs and protein. For myself, I tend to eat a dirtier diet as I find it works better for me in terms of gaining mass. I did not remember you were 140lbs when you started your cycle. I would take the natural bro's advice and train 2 years naturally before using gear. Get your diet right first. Try to start with the three regular meals. Then add meal replacements to supplement that. I'd slowly try to work my way up to 4 regular meals a day and at least 2 meal replacements. If you're lactose intolerant or if milk makes you feel bloated, you might want to use some lactaid (sp?). AY IP: Logged |

so far far i did 4 shots so im on my 4th week and about to do my 5th tomarrow (Sunday) or since its 2am then today.when i started this cycle i was around 132 but today when i went on the scale at the end of the day after drinking that N-Large stuff and eating alot im at 145 i guess its just cause im full. ------------------ IP: Logged |
