I heard alittle while back that someone suggested the use of Pyruvate while on DNP... Can someone please fill me in on why, and if its very helpful or effective while on DNP? Also what dosages are good to use for Pyruvate when taking DNP, if it is good to use? I'm start DNP this coming week and I already have Pyruvate(collecting dust in my cabinet...LOL)! I'm also going to be taking glycerol while on this cycle, does anyone have anymore tips when taking DNP? I really appreciate this bros!!!! Thanks Bunches ------------------ IP: Logged |

I've recently read alot about DNP. You should take GLYCEROL and PYRUVATE. Glycerol 1 tablespoon 3x a day and 3g of pyruvate. ------------------ IP: Logged |

HERE'S THE ANSWER TO YOUR QUESTION........ YOU HAVE TO TAKE GLYCEROL AND PYRUVATE! I don't know if you can take one without the other because I was using the glycerol (G) and pyruvate (P) to enhance endurance and stem dehydration which I am very prone to. I think, however, that you will have to do them both as there is a synergistic benefit. I have taken G alone and while you have more water to hold on to, you just seem to sweat more. The G-P let me drink ½ my normal volume of water on a ride and that is what made me try the DNP ECA experiment. Glycerol dose. YOU ONLY NEED 1 TABLESPOON 3 TIMES A DAY! One in the morning, Before I explain the P, let me tell you that glycerol and glycerin are the Pyruvate dose. 2-5grams a day. Start out at 900mg or so 3 times a day and Now you have a recipe on how to feel good on an overdose of DNP! To recap ------------------ IP: Logged |

"As we know, DNP is carbohydrate specific..." DNP is not nutrient specific. It uncouples mitochondria, which will cause both glucose and fatty acids to be used at a greater rate for ATP synthesis. "Additionally, it is an energy source and/or Normally pyruvate would be a source for energy, since pyruvate enters Krebs as acetyl-CoA, but on DNP, there will be no more ATP produced than if one consumed carbs. Animal posted that he recommended pyruvate because there is research showing radical scavenging activity in the eye. IP: Logged |
