I know you can buy this in a drug store. But I can't seem to find it when I search thier sites. I think it's a liquid and you drink it while on DNP. Anyone know? ------------------ IP: Logged |

twin lab makes glycerol fuel, hit up a nutrition web site and see if there is anything there. from what i can remember way back when i read something about it, its really hydrates you but you tend to draw water in from subcutaneous and hold it in the muscles. dont quote me though. just wanted to tell you about the twin lab stuff. ive tasted it and its not bad either hehe. Glycerol acts as a carbohydrate, but has a tendency to get glycogen into muscles easier and less chance of being converted to insulin, which means it's less likely to be converted to fat. It's great when on a low carb diet. IP: Logged |

It does pull water into muscles as well. There is actually a creatine product called Creatine Glycerol Phosphate that SUPPOSEDLY does a better job than regular creatine at hydrating the muscles due to the glycerol. IP: Logged |

I think glycerol is a simple sugar, and I have used Creatine Glycerol Phosphate, and this stuff works great,(you don't lose most of your gains, like you do when using creatine monohydrate. Gycerol makes you look more vascular too. I'm suprised that I almost never hear anyone talk about Creatine Glycerol Phosphate on these boards. IP: Logged |

Glycerol will make you more vascular by pulling the subcutaneous water out from under your skin and redirecting it into the muscle cell. It takes anywhere from 6-8 hours to see the results. If your body fat is not in the low single digits (6-7 or less) forget about it. You won't notice a thing. ------------------ IP: Logged |

If you can't find any Glycerol on the shelves just ask the pharmacist at CVS to order it for you, my brother has done that. IP: Logged |
