Hey guys what's up... I'm 28 yrs old, 5'8", 150lbs, solid and cut. Started lifting weights when I was fifteen, off and on for a while, but have been doing it religiously for about 8 yrs now. I take my diet to the extent that I count my calories everyday, and get about 3,000 a day with about 120 - 150 grams of protein. I don't watch carbs & fat too much. I'm naturally very thin and have been working my ass off for size forever. I value every single pound of muscle that I have built, and can't see myself ever giving it up. My question is, how much of the gains that I make from steroids can I make permanent? Right now I have my first cycle of Sust250, Deca, and Primo ready to go, but am still contemplating if it's the right thing to do. If I know that I'm going to be back to 150lbs three yrs after my first cycle, and I'm still training hard and eating right, then I won't bother. I'm not interested in short term gains, I'm in it for the long haul. I'd appreciate any advice I can get. Thanks... IP: Logged |

Bro, You can keep the majority of the gains you make on AS. You just have to stay diligent when you are off - stay true to your diet and maintain your intensity. If you weigh 150, you need to get your daily protein intake over 200g - that isn't super high (I weigh 255, it's a little tougher....), but less than that will be insufficient. If you have any problems or questions putting the cycle together, post it and we will help. Matt IP: Logged |

your protein intake is way to high, if NOT on roids. On roids the sky is the limit. I mean you should take more then. Jeff ------------------ IP: Logged |

roids won't change you...however, once you've tasted the power of a good cycle it's hard not to want to feel it again...one cycle will not remain one cycle-x IP: Logged |

What the fuck, JEFFRys you said his protein intake is way to high, its way to low, regardless of he is on or not. Sorry but you say you been doing this religiously for 8 years now and your stuck at 150 , I guess your defenition of religiously and mine are way the fuck different, something is wrong with your training regiment or something, from your protein intake my fucking sister takes more than that in, increase that shit to like 250-300 and dont give me that crap that your body wont use or absorb it all , your body will adjust and learn to use it all. As for steroid use ,I personally wouldnt do it. IP: Logged |

I would increese your protein ...1.5 times your lean mass...no need to feed the fat...but better off with 2 times your lean mass IP: Logged |

I once went 3 years between cycles. I never dropped anywhere close to the bodyweight i started with. Granted i didnt look as good but i still kept the size, weight and strenghth. I never stopped training and my diet has always been consistent. Im off now 3months and still getting harder and harder while loosing bf. I swear it feels like im still on. I was going to start up again on my bday in 2 weeks but if i still keep gaining ill wait it out a while. If you apply what youve learned post cycling you will always keep most of what youve worked hard for. IP: Logged |

I really feel that it greatly depends on the individual. Some come off cycle and drop tons of weight and strength even using precaution preperations, some come off and keep 80% and they arent even that serious. I went on the first time and gained about 30 pounds in 3 months and kept 20. Good luck. IP: Logged |

I've done two cycles now. Gained 13 and 9 pounds. I am still 16 pounds heavier than I was when I started and it has been over a month since I've done a cycle. ------------------ IP: Logged |

Thank god Havock straightned out what jefry said. You need more protein, obviously as far as your cycle,if you dont have to worry about your body fat% because of high metabolism than you might as well drop the primo. Go with high andro's. Like sust at 500mgs per week,ref-b orally at 25 mgs ED,and deca at 600 mgs per week. Dont forget the clomid it will help prevent you from the GYNOSAUR and it will also help you keep your gains. ------------------ IP: Logged |

Yep If you're 150 and been training for 8 years you need tocheck the last time you made progress. forget the AS for now. get to 200 naturally or at least you proper limit first. whack your overall calories and protein and carbs up untill you are puuting on weight. IP: Logged |
