The cycle Below is the cycle I followed. Note that in week 8 there is no Deca. Our friends at Brovel short filled by bottle. Deca Primo It has been 2 weeks since my last Deca injection and 1 week since the last Primo injection. I have gained 22lbs. I now stand at 33 years old,6'2", 193lbs at 6.7% bodyfat. The only sides I have experience are a few light stretch marks under the armpits, but NO acne, and NO Deca dick. The skin was a little oily for a short period. My diet has been 20x bodyweight in total calories and 2-3x bodyweight in grams of protein. Training has been 3 days per week. Split as follows. I perform 5 sets of 8 per excercise. Large bodyparts get 3 exercises, smaller ones get 2. Gotta' give credit where credit is due. Thank you to all my Iron Brothers for the advice and support, especially 2Thick. You da' man! Those are nice gains considering the amount of gear. Sounds like you had your diet right though. IP: Logged |

That was really the point of the "experiment." How would a "newbie" gain on a relatively light cycle provided everything else was right? IP: Logged |

Proof that great gains can be made on lower dosages when the DIET is RIGHT! Too many never gain their potentials when cycling because of insufficient quantity and quality of calories... from one who's lived to learn. IP: Logged |

Yep proof positive Marky. Frankly I was surprised my self. Based on the slow weight gain, basically 2.5 to 3lbs per week, I am betting I get to keep 90% off my gains. IP: Logged |

Good job....I just hope that this goes to show everyone that a 1st cycle does not need to consist of insane doses. This man experienced no side effects, and will probably keep all of his gains. This would not be the case had he done something stupid and risked his health. IP: Logged |
