ok im relativly a newbie to this world. i did searches and havent really found what im looking for. there is alot of t3 etc talk on here. i know it is involved with the thyroid but thats about it. can someone knowledge post an over view of the stuff?? is it good bad, how it all works etc. i think itll clear up alot of things for me. no flames please just trying to learn as much as i can.

you probably will get flamed, but there are plenty of opinions, backed by real world results.

Some people love it, and it works well for them, others hate it.

Everyone is different, you might get much different results than I do. Try it a moderate dosage, say 1,1,1,2,2,2,3,3,3,2,2,2,1,1,1/day, with some sort of AS to prevent muscle loss. Thgen make your own decision.

I prefer DNP, and ECA, both of which give me great results, and they aren't hormones, which are inherently much more tricky. One effect I noticed on a personal level, is that after T-3 therapy, my basal temp went from 97 to 98.6. I used to run a little hot (99), but hadn't checked my basal temp for a few years. I was surprised to find that it was consistantly UNDER 98. That is until after a short cycle of T-3. Now it's normal.

Perhaps I was a little hypothroid, I didn't get myself checked. YOU SHOULD.

I Was also interested in t3 info, so thanx Bro. It always amazes me how it is such a big deal to answer someone's question on a certain topic, just because it has been asked before. You guys that have the answer lighten up and answer whenever you can , sometimes even if the archives have a 100 matches it still dosen't answer the question for that particular person

Just a comment for BigCatratcho.

You specified in tabs ex.1,2,3

The problem is that there is 25mcg tabs and 50mcg tabs.

So would you recommend 50,100,150 or is it 25,50,75...

Personally I wouldn't use over 100mcg of t3 a day and never use it for more than 4 weeks.

It's supposed to be used in a diamond shapped pattern like BigCatratcho mentioned

OOPS! sorry brothyers and sisters.

I shoulda said 25mcgs, not just tabs.

I've never gone over 75mcgs a day. (220 lbs)

and yeah, sometimes it would be nice if dudes lightened up about "dumb questions"

something like, "What is Clomid?" is pretty much worthy of execution, but a lot of questions come from the debatable side of things, e.g., "What is better for strength, Deca/Test or D-bol Test?" etc etc..
