Yes you can. I just suck it up in a syringe, take the needle off, then squirt it down my throat. 1cc every day. Wash it down with some gatorade or something. Check out my cycle in my last post. D. IP: Logged |

Im about to start a winny cycle and drinking it does sound a lot better! But are the gains the same?? I mean does it loose its effectiveness or does it have any side effects?? Is winny V the only winny you can drink?? IP: Logged |

i have drank and i have shot it. shooting it is much more effective for me. also when i was drinking it i had very bad gastrointestinal pains. just shoot it. IP: Logged |
