I would like to hear your opions on a receptor clean time. How long do you people think you need to be off to have your receptors cleaned and ready for more gear.

Stay off gear as long as you were on, rule of thumb. ex: cycle was 10 weeks, you go off for 10 weeks, etc.

Sorry guys, you are way off here.

Receptors clear out much faster than one would expect. Once all the gear in your body has passed their half-lives and providing you do not take any more, it shouldn't take longer than 2-3 weeks for your receptors to clear fully.

does that include deca also? ive been off deca and sus 3 weeks and im stonger now than when i was on.

Rippazoid - please remember that you should not be thinking about when your last shot was but rather how long those substances remain active in your system. Sustanon can still be found binding to receptors for up to 4 weeks since your last shot. Similarly, Deca for at least 2 weeks.

You should calculate when the substances are out of your system and then allow for an additional 2 weeks for the receptor cleanout.
