Is it normal to see bruises at the injection sites in the glutes? I know you should alternate cheeks, but what if you are stacking sussy and eq for example? Do you do two shots in the same cheek, then alternate the next week, or what? ------------------ IP: Logged |

I sometimes get a bruise in my quad shots. That sucks cause then my girl might notice and say what's that bruise IP: Logged |

Ive yet to actually see a bruise from my injections, but sometimes you can feel it. Perhaps your moving the needle around too much, each time its bumped or moved you can easilly tear small fibers of muscle causing bruising. Sus, will leave a nice little sting anhow. Later, IP: Logged |

about 50% of the time that I shoot HGH in my stomach I bruise, but I've never had the problem with normal steroid injection sites. IP: Logged |

The bruising has happened to me a few times. Somtimes you cant help it. You are just causing a little trauma in you tissue. It should not happen all the time though. As for alternating.. yes I would use one glute per injection if you can. And the next time just alternate the EQ and sust.into the glute. ------------------ IP: Logged |
