What is everyones opinion on the best way to cycle DNP. Ive heard everything from long term low dosage to short term high dosage and variations of the two. im interested in the 3 day on/off dosage at 400mg/day.

P.S. To anyone that knows....
would it be better to split up my 400mg dosage to twice a day or just take 400mg before bed. would that cut the sides during the day?

DNP's half-life in YOU has been ESTIMATED at 36 hours (from experience I believe it to be longer). I don't profess to be an expert by any means but I feel safe in the assertion that if you use DNP 3on/3off you are NEVER actually off DNP.

Sledgehammer on Anabolics.da.ru is an expert of DNP.......he advises me all the time......I've taken it...if It wasn't for him I probably woulnd't be here today because of the dosage I was taking...He saved my life..........post to him on the board ...he always responds quickly....and like I said...he knows his shit.....and his cycles.....

I agree the 3 on 3 off will not work. You won't have it in your system til the second day and it won't be out till your back on it. I feel 5 days on 5 off works very well. I chose this mainly because I can't handle more than 5 days on 400-600mg. It kicks my ass and redefines the word hot and tired. E-mail me and I'll send you all the info you could ever want on the shit. I love it and hate it at the same time.

I have all the info i need in regards to supps, H2O, ect. I have taken the stuff before, so im not a rookie. I am curious as to others experiences on different cycles so i can choose the one which seems to work best. Im also still wondering about 200mg twice a day or 400mg before bed.......

Stay on a medium dose for one week on/off. By the end of the week your lifts will suck and you will feel like shit, and if you have to work it might not be a good idea. Have you thought of clen and cytomel, it works really good, and is alot easier on you. Hope this helps man.

The most consistent info I have picked up off several boards is 5-7 on then take a full week off to keep the body from shutting down natural T-3 production.

I have always taken divided dosages as I don't doubt the 36 hr 1/2 life. The first trip on DNP was divided doses 200 per cap: take a cap wait 12 hrs take a cap wait 24 hrs and repeat for 6 days. Lost approx 10 lbs starting around 18% bf. Three weeks later, the next trip was 2 days at 400 and then 4 days at 600 and I could feel the higher dose really kick in 1 1/2 days after bumping it up- miserable night sweats and uncomfortable heat waves when it was time to eat... Lost another 10lbs = getting to near 14%bf. I have since tried 2 shorter stints ... 4 days at 600 which only seemed to drop 3-5 lbs each time.

When you do the math, at least from my experiences, I would try to stay on at least 5 if not a full 7 days to get all the effect possible.
