In any case for muscle injury- Ultrasound, increase test inj freq/amount, Increase Vit C for collagen (protein) synthesis, also try some glutamine- and of course ice and rest. Not for to long though Day or two for the affected areas then mild stretching and high rep minimal weight to keep blood/nutrients getting the area. For joint problems Glucosamine/Chondroitin sulfates, ultrasound, and the obvious DECA! IP: Logged |
