Got hurt in training and looking for a little something to help the recovery time go faster. If anyone can help give me a shout.

Need more info dude.
In any case for muscle injury- Ultrasound, increase test inj freq/amount, Increase Vit C for collagen (protein) synthesis, also try some glutamine- and of course ice and rest. Not for to long though Day or two for the affected areas then mild stretching and high rep minimal weight to keep blood/nutrients getting the area.
For joint problems Glucosamine/Chondroitin sulfates, ultrasound, and the obvious DECA!

Jersey boy,
Tore 2 ligments and dislocated knee cap in training. Looking to try to just help the repair go faster. Any help for me here?

is right. Eat very well and rest. Train upper body for a while.

I use nyproxen for inflamation of the tenons/ligaments
