This is probably a myth I picked up on some web page on the net over the past few weeks, but I read somewhere that if you burn your body out to where it must use all of the testosterone you have available, it will lessen the aromatizing into estro. Therefore, if you worked out to failure, less chance, if you sat on your ass, welcome titties. Complete BS?

Training harder will not do a thing for your gyno. It's obsurd to think that training harder will make your body use more test'. The amount of testosterone your body can utelize is dependent on how many available receptors you have.(this is usually dependent on how big you are and much muscle you are holding. If you are worried about gyno take some Nolvadex don't overtrain and risk going catabolic.
