I recently posted this on "Chat & Conversation" however in retrospect I think that was ill advised, due to the growing number of non-bodybuilding individuals frequenting that board. Ok boys, wanna here how ridiculous my diet has become. Lets see if you can honestly top this as a insane meal choice. My 5th meal of the day involves 2 cans of spring tuna, in the blender 24oz of water and two table spoons flax seed oil. Mixed on highspeed for 15 seconds The Tuna Shake gentlemen, efficient, expidient, and nasty ass hell. ------------------ IP: Logged |

HOLY SHIT I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE. I have been reluctant to mention the TUNA SHAKE before for fear of ridicule. One thing, I add "Frank's Red Hot" because I don't have quite the constitution of Twisted_Steel. TWISTED IS THE MAN Puc IP: Logged |

Have you ever thought of freezing your tuna shake with a bit of Nutrasweet and pretending it's Ice Cream? And if the corn comes out the other end intact, does that mean there's no calories in corn? These are two of my favorite dieting dishes. Tuna Ice Cream and tons of whole corn kernels (not at the same time-that would be gross). ------------------ IP: Logged |

I'm 2 weeks out, and although I really miss the Chinese all-u-can-eat buffet, my meals are very tasty and healthy. People, you really don't have to suffer through shit like that above. I eat nothing but grilled meats with lots of salt/pepper, egg whites, protein powder, roasted bell peppers, steamed broc, and saute'd(?) spinach. Cardio is painful. Posing is painful. Training is painful. Food should be your friend--enjoy it. ------------------ IP: Logged |
