i'm on my 6th week cycling sust at 500mg a week and i just got off the ref-b with it. this week it's kicking in pretty good. my bench just went up and i can tell i am getting stronger quick. put on 12lbs already too. my question is i keep pulling muscles or muscle strains. they aren't that bad but like today i pulled something in my shoulder. my legs i keep pulling something in my quads or it's my hamstrings. like i said they are not very major but it does hinder my workouts. is my body not adapted to the excess weight poundages or what? i've never had this problem with just cycling sust by itself. this was the first time using ref-b with my sust. but i can't complain about the gains. ------------------ IP: Logged |

Your strength is too much right now for your ligament and tendons, give them time to adapt or get some DECA. IP: Logged |

A teaspoon of chicken cartilage a day will eliminate most, of not all, of the straining and pain in the gym. IP: Logged |

screw the water take a serious hard look at what you are doing. Something is not happy strains should be the exception not the norm ------------------ If you enjoy it today you can always do it again tomorrow. IP: Logged |
