i've done one cycle of sust250 recently at 500mg a week for 8 weeks. i only put on 12lbs of mass. i drank alot of water during my cycle. i'm on my second cycle of sust250 at 500mg a week for 8 weeks and stacking it with ref-b for 5 weeks at 2cc a day. i'm on my 6th week of the cycle. and i've only put on so far 12lbs. of course again i am drinking alot of water and eating alot also. why is it that i hear alot of you taking this stack and putting on like 20lbs in 3 weeks or so and you've only just started your cycle? i'm not retaining alot of water like some people say with ref-b and sust. is it because i am drinking alot of water during my cycle? each cycle i do i only put on 10lbs to 15lbs of mass in an 8 week cycle. what am i doing wrong? need some answers.. ------------------ IP: Logged |

well both your cycles you have sus250. your body just may not react well to the sus and others do. its not a problem with your cycle just how you are built. maybe try some different type of test next cycle. Good Luck Bro! IP: Logged |

I dont think its the Test. Increase the dosage of the Sus next time. Kind of too late now, maybe not. Also are you drinking the REF? Your dosages are kind of low. IP: Logged |

So far in 1 1/2 weeks i have gained 7lbs. I am taking 1.5ml of ref-b a day,and 500mg primoteston. I am drinking alot of h2o and doing 30min cardio 3x a week. Only 12lbs in 8 weeks? I would feel very frustrated about that. IP: Logged |

yes i'm drinking the ref-b...2cc's total a day split up 4 times a day. i am drinking alot of water too. my size is more muscular then carrying alot of water retention. i don't have that bloated look like everyone talks about. yea my next bulking cycle i will definitely increase the sust to 750mg a week. ------------------ IP: Logged |
