Hey...guys...I'm 29 year old female...think I've got my nutrition in order...but I need someone to show me a thing or too in the gym......with the weights.......just wondering if there was anyone close between Cookeville or Nashville....... IP: Logged |

I am from jackson so cannot help you but there is a guy i talked to on here a couple of weeks ago......alwaysaniceguy....and he was from nashville area....maybe he will see this and help you out......there are quite a few of us out here....... IP: Logged |

Thanks Guys for your quick responses.....I live In Cookeville.....drive to Nashville 3 days a week...I'm a RN at large hospital down there......I prefer to work out, in or around Cookeville because I'm here my 4 days off......may have to hire a personal trainer.........thanks for all your help....may have to consult you again on routine and cycles.............I don't think the gyms up here like steroids....or at least the owners don't.....so shhhhhhhhhhhh.......I'm on Clen now...but I want to go to an injectable...and I don't want to get real big ....just toned...very toned..............Thanks again Later...Pandora IP: Logged |
